The Smoking Section published my interview with actor Anwan Glover (a.k.a. Big G) from The Wire. Fans of the acclaimed HBO series will recognize Mr. Glover as Slim Charles, loyal enforcer of the Barksdale drug cartel. Big G is real cool and down-to-Earth; it was a pleasure interviewing him. He didn’t even get mad when I moronically referred to him as Slim Charles (more than once). Our Q&A session came out pretty dope and it shows a side of Glover that Wire-heads may not be familiar with. Check it out…
FIFTEEN MINUTES WITH ANWAN GLOVER
Below the jump is a lil’ video compilation… The Best of Slim Charles, so to speak. Slim had plenty of memorable moments but these are some gems that haven’t lost their brilliance.
