So… Republicans want to combat terrorists and freeloadin’ immigrants with racial profiling. Of course, this has long been common practice by Amerikkkan Law Enforcement, so these politicians are basically bringing it out of the closet. According to CBS News, Florida GOP Candidate Dan Fanelli endorses racial profiling as part of his current Congressional campaign:

“It’s time to stop this political correctness and the invasion of our privacy,” he says. He then goes on to make a joke about how he wouldn’t mind being pulled out of line at the airport if “a good looking, ripped guy without much hair was flying airplanes into the twin towers.”

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Jim Gibbons, the Governor of Nevada, is also in favor of it:

“Racial profiling should be for terrorism. If you look like and act like a terrorist, if you’re coming across as a bad person, you’re going to do harm to our citizens, whether it’s deal drugs, commit crime or commit a terrorist act. Absolutely we ought to profile everybody that looks like a terrorist. I don’t have a problem with that. But if they want to have a racial profile of Irishmen, then I’m going to question that.”

The races who are subject to profiling are always non-white. That’s because Caucasians are the only people on Earth judged as individuals, rather than as a group.  Black men are stereotyped as thugs, so police stop the cars of every black male to search for drugs and guns. Well, white men are known to be serial killers but cops don’t randomly pull them over and look for human body parts.

Those who advocate racial profiling as a crime-fighting technique should remember one thing: Prior to 9/11, the deadliest act of terrorism on American soil was carried out by a WHITE GUY.

From Wikipedia:

“Timothy James McVeigh (April 23, 1968 – June 11, 2001) was a United States Army veteran and former security guard who was convicted of detonating a truck bomb in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, killing 168 people, including 19 children under the age of six. It was the deadliest act of terrorism within the United States prior to the September 11, 2001 attacks,[3] and is referred to as the Oklahoma City bombing. McVeigh, a militia movement sympathizer, sought revenge against the federal government for the Waco Siege which had ended in the deaths of 76 people exactly two years earlier. He also hoped to inspire a revolt against what he considered a tyrannical federal government. He was convicted of 11 federal offenses, sentenced to death, and executed on June 11, 2001. Terry Nichols and Michael Fortier were also convicted in the plot.”

See, white folks are capable of committing acts of terrorism too.

Not to mention high school massacres like Columbine, where the gunmen are almost exclusively white.

Or the fact that every time I watch To Catch a Predator, the overwhelming majority of the pedophiles are white.

No matter how many times they do the same exact shit, Caucasian criminals are always classified as deranged loners… their actions are independent and never based on ethnic makeup. They’re far superior to the rest of us swarthy drones.

Whether or not profiling becomes official makes no difference to me, because I grew up being profiled.  As for the controversial and prejudiced anti-immigration law in Arizona… I’ll just say that if you live in The States and you ain’t Native American, you’re a pretty much a fuckin’ immigrant.  Your roots can be traced back to another country.

So before they round-up every Arab and person of color in the U.S.A., these politicians should hit the “refresh” button on the Oklahoma City bombing and remember Timothy McVeigh.

‘Cuz sleep is the cousin of death.
