Hugh Hefner, mastermind of the Playboy empire, is one of my most exalted idols. So it’s a privilege to feature a high-caliber hottie from his franchise at The Spizzy. I may have to put on my red velvet smoking jacket for this one.
Pro model STEPHY C heats up the spot like a sexy lil’ radiator. You may need an oxygen mask after viewing her photos because she’ll take your breath away. And like a boxer switching weight classes, Steph is versatile enough to be featured in Playboy’s November 2010 “Hot Buns” issue and the more urban Straight Stuntin #14, where I had the good fortune of discovering her. It’s a special moment when a Playboy bunny hops into The Spizzy to show-off her pretty cottontail. I don’t toss around the “C” word often but today I will: this post is CLASSIC. When you feast your eyes on the photos below you’ll understand why. The thorough answers Steph provided for our Q&A shows that there is a brain to go along with her beauty.
As I salute the poster of Hugh Hefner above my desk, I now present my interview with STEPHY C…
Black Pacino: How & why did you get into the modeling game?
Stephy C: I’ve always wanted to be either a model or actress since I was younger. I aspired to be a supermodel, such as Cindy Crawford or Tyra Banks. But then I got older and realized I wasn’t going to grow any taller (laughs). I’m 5’2″. I still wanted to model but put it in the back of my mind.
Then Playboy came to Purdue University, where I went to school, for a casting call. I figured I had nothing to lose and went to it. They picked me and I shot with them for a Girls of the Big Ten feature… it appeared in the main magazine in October of 2008. After that, I joined a model networking site and started to build up my portfolio and travel a little. Things progressed in a good way, such as shooting for Playboy multiple times… and here I am today!
Pacino: Your frame is flawless. How do you maintain that perfect body?
Stephy: Why thank you! I try to work out when I can and also eat healthy. But I love food and will indulge when I want to. I actually used to run competitively in Cross Country and Track. Back then, I was skinny. I’ve stopped running so much and started eating to gain some weight and now I love my curves.
Pacino: What do you consider your sexiest feature?
Stephy: I really like my smile… I love smiling and I think it’s warm and genuine and makes other people want to smile. I also love my cute, round booty!
Pacino: Me too. I see that one of your stipulations for a shoot is that the photographers can’t touch you or get in the shot. Has somebody tried this before?
Stephy: Yes, that is a definite stipulation. It should go without saying and it’s pretty sad that I have to write it on my profile. I’ve had it happen more than once, unfortunately. I am very cautious and check references for all of my shoots but sometimes people are just not what they seem. Luckily, it hasn’t happened lately.
Pacino: What may your fans be surprised to know about you?
Stephy: They might not know that I ride horses. I have 3 horses; they’re kept at my parent’s house and I showed them for 10 years. It was a lot of fun and I was actually pretty good too. You could say I like to ride (laughs).
Pacino: I’m hatin’ on those lucky horses. You say you love to travel. Where are some of your favorite places to visit and why?
Stephy: I do love to travel; it’s awesome. Modeling has helped me to be able to travel to many places that I’d never been before, so far mostly around the states. Some of my favorite places to visit are: Miami because it’s warm, beautiful, fun to party and one of my best girls (@ScarletReyn on Twitter) lives there.
California because it’s warm, has lots of different and great places to shoot, from the beaches to the mountains to the desert… every city is different and special in its own way and a lot of friends and my sister live there. New York because I get a lot of work there and it is so easy to get around. And Chicago because I was born near there and it’s my favorite city…GO BEARS!
Pacino: You’re kinda shy until you get to know someone, so what are some things you do to feel more at ease before or during a shoot? Any “loosening-up” rituals?
Stephy: I am pretty shy, which some people find hard to believe. I’m not shy about taking my clothes off for a shoot but I do get nervous meeting people for the first time. I don’t have any “loosening-up” rituals per se, but I do love to get some Starbucks before my shoots. After I get to know someone, I just go with the flow. I’m very easygoing and easy to work with.
Pacino: Where would you like to see yourself in 5 years?
Stephy: I would actually still like to be modeling if my body and such let me. I would like to shoot for Playboy more in that time and other publications as well. I would also like to do more acting or TV hosting. I have some experience but I would love to get more. It would have to be something where the modeling would not be detrimental, however…maybe a men’s show. It would be cool to be kind of a “household name”. I also may go back to school and get a Master’s degree someday… but not yet.
Pacino: What’s the freakiest, kinkiest item you own?
Stephy: Oh boy (laughs). Let’s just say I own a lot of leather, latex and various “toys” of different materials, sizes, etc.
Pacino: With a booty like yours, did a lot of black dudes holla at you throughout life? We love “junk in the trunk.”
Stephy: Well, not throughout my life. Like I said, I used to be pretty skinny. So if they noticed me back then, it was because they thought I was cute, not because of my booty size. But after I started to gain weight, I noticed it did start happening more often. I have no problem with this, as I love black men (winks).
Pacino: Whooo… I’m so proud to be black right now.
Pacino: When it comes to men, what are your turn ons & turn offs?
Stephy: Turn ons: Someone who is intelligent. Makes me laugh and has a sense of humor. Takes care of themselves physically and mentally. Has ambition, drive and goals. Likes sex as much as me… is willing to try new things… and being tall, dark, and handsome doesn’t hurt either!
Turn offs: bad breath, teeth and hygiene in general. Ignorance, stupidity, no sense of humor, laziness, too much arrogance and cockiness. Takes life too seriously. Sloppy and slovenly. No goals, etc.
Pacino: From what I’ve seen of you, you’re very nice and down-to-Earth. As gorgeous as you are and with as much as you’ve got poppin’, how do you maintain your humility?
Thank you! I definitely like to think that I am a sweet person. I think a lot of it has to do with being born and raised in the Midwest and having a great family. Certain mentalities have been ingrained in me from a young age and I try to keep it that way. I like to treat people the way I want to be treated and I have no time for drama, bullshit, hate, etc. I only have time to be me and to try to better myself in every way.
Pacino: Do you have any upcoming projects/endeavors/features we should know about?
Stephy: As you know, I’m currently featured in issue #14 of Straight Stuntin’ Magazine and Playboy’s November 2010 Hot Buns issue (both are out now).
