The annual Puerto Rican Day Parade rolled through New York City this past weekend. As always, every hood throughout the five boroughs was poppin’. Up in Spanish Harlem there were BBQ’s on the block, festivals in the streets and Boricua flags waving like pom-poms. The spike in Corona beer sales probably jump-started the U.S. economy. I couldn’t make it to the actual parade but our friendly neighborhood Snyper was there. He snapped pictures of the custom cars and hot mamis because those are two important things in our lives.
